Meet the Team

I have been involved in the house building and development sector for over 30 years having worked for a number of prominent developers and contractors before setting up my own company in 1997.  Starting with just a small team we soon established ourselves as one of the main contractors in the area employing over 50 staff.  

 

During this period I was fortunate enough to be able to build my own property and realised there is an opportunity for a good Project Management Company to assist Clients building or refurbishing their own home.

Since 2009 I have project managed a number of high end refurbishments and new builds for a number of prominent clients including sports personalities and the Dubai Royal Family.  I worked with Alexander James Interiors for a number of years too and as such have a lot of experience with high end interior design concepts having worked with a number of award winning interior designers.

 

Employing a project manager is a very personal appointment that comes with significant responsibility but I feel very fortunate and privileged to do what I do.  Not only do I come with significant knowledge and experience I am professional, enthusiastic and reliable and above all I am trusted implicitly by my Clients.

In 2006 moved into construction health and safety focusing mainly on The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations, working on all types of projects from a single house to large developments across the south of England.

I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, Certified Member of The Association of Project Safety and a Technician member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health.

Prior to 2006 I gained 30 years experience in main contracting, starting as a tradesman and working up through site and project management roles to become Construction Director with responsibility for a team of contracts managers and site managers.

Dominic Brooks

Project Manager

A very experienced and professional Project Manager with a range of skills ranging from building surveys, design and space planning and an understanding of architecture and both RIBA and RICS documents and protocols. A detailed knowledge of the construction industry with a repertoire in contract administration and project management to a high standard. 

 

Having taken a foothold in the property industry in 1991 and with a host of roles within the last 29 years I am able to offer a breadth of knowledge and experience in all aspects related to property and construction management. 

 

With a keen eye for detail in the written word alongside a creative brain and an intimate understanding of property and architecture I have succeeded in an administrative and management role for many years as a contract administrator and project manager for medium to large residential builds within the South of England, ranging from Country houses to commercial operations.
